General Manager of Distribution
Suzie has significant sales, large account and Adviser management experience across the Australian life insurance market. Her industry experience has been across many channels including retail insurance, group insurance including industry superannuation funds, master trusts, platforms, and corporates. Suzie recently spent 10 years at TAL in a variety of roles, including Head of Clients & Market Development, Group Insurance where she managed key accounts including IOOF and the Bendigo & Adelaide Bank. She is actively involved in Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) and believes strongly in the value of engagement through the provision of advice and health and wellness outcomes for our customers.
Regional Manager - Retail
Julie has had extensive experience in life risk, working in Adviser practices, as well as working in retail distribution for both small and large product manufacturers, the most recent being CommInsure as State manager for past 7 years. She is well respected within the industry and has been AFA NSW State Committee Chair for over 10 years. Her commitment to assisting advisers is second to none as is her commitment to the industry as a whole. In her spare time she enjoys time with her family including 7 grandchildren and fine dining whenever possible.
Business Development Manager
Amie’s background is in retail protection and superannuation. Working for both Financial Advisers and product manufacturers has made her a passionate advocate for the importance of sound financial advice. She has held various distribution roles at AMP, before working for CommInsure as a Business Development Manager, where her focus was providing product, strategy and technical support to Financial Advisers and their staff. Amie also assists and contributes to the AFA Communities of Practice, encouraging financial services professionals to share ideas and collaborate within their professional communities.
Regional Manager - Retail
Tom has accumulated a wealth of business development experience with CBA, ANZ and Zurich Insurance. Tom joins us after over a decade of successful and well-established years at CommInsure. A practised business development professional, Tom takes pride in providing high-quality, ongoing service to risk Advisers, financial planners and dealer groups. Tom specialises in product, technical support, sales, strategy and relationship services. Tom is extremely passionate about life insurance and its importance to end customers.
National Business Development Manager – Group
Ash has been the primary insurance partner contact for a number of large industry funds and retail master trusts. His experience spans across both group and retail distribution channels. He has significant and valuable experience in business development, new fund integration and ongoing account management, both strategic and operational. Most recently, he held a senior client manager role at TAL where he spent the past 8 years.
Senior Business Development Manager – RetailAlicia has first-hand experience as a Financial Planner and the challenges faced by Advisers. She has significant experience in the financial services industry, from financial planning modelling software at BOSS Software and wealth platforms at Avanteos to provision of financial advice and risk insurance distribution at ANZ/OnePath. Alicia is a strong advocate for our industry and has seen the impact of not receiving quality advice, especially within the risk insurance space.
National Business Development Manager – GroupJosh has experience in financial services both in Australia and London. Josh has extensive knowledge of business development and strategy across group and retail insurance, pensions, superannuation and investments. Josh is very passionate about customer centricity and has recently held senior roles within Australia’s two largest life insurers, TAL and AIA.

Liz has significant experience in life and health insurance, from Mercantile Mutual and ING to Asteron, AMP and most recently OnePath. She is a passionate advocate for the need for insurance and the benefits of lasting affordable cover. Liz has developed many successful business partnerships in challenging times and has a genuine interest in Advisers and their success. Liz is a trusted partner for stakeholders and a strong negotiator, striving towards consistent and sustainable success.
Senior Business Development ManagerVoula has a great breadth of experience in the financial services industry. Her industry experience spans business development and customer roles at CommInsure, CFS and AMP. Voula enjoys working with Advisers to identify their needs and deliver a high standard of service.
State Manager - Retail
Tanya is well respected within the finance industry, with extensive experience in Risk Insurance, Business Development and Product. Before joining Integrity, Tanya worked for Zurich as a Business Development Manager and spent close to 10 years at AMP as a Business Development Manager and Personal Wealth Protection Manager. Not only is she passionate about supporting Advisers, Financial Planners and Dealer Groups, she also strives to deliver a high standard of service.
State Manager - RetailHaving worked in the industry initially as an Adviser, Wes has a deep understanding of financial planning, wealth advice and the difficulties Advisers face. Wes has worked for OnePath as a Senior BDM for life risk, has been a Business Development Manager for CommInsure and a State Manager for Guardian Advice. Wes takes pride in his relationships with Advisers, Financial Planners and Dealer Groups, going above and beyond to ensure they have what they need to do what they do best – give advice.
