An important notice.

Integrity Group Holdings Limited (IGHL) advises that its wholly owned subsidiary Integrity Life Australia Limited (ILAL) (together Integrity Group) will no longer be writing new life insurance policies in the Retail Advised and Corporate Group Insurance channels.  

For the Retail Advised channel, this change will take effect from 29 September 2023. This means that any inflight quotes and applications will need to be InForce by this date. Any applications which are not completed by this date will not be proceeded with.

For the Corporate Group channel, this change will take effect from 5 September 2023. Any quotes that have been accepted prior to 5 September 2023 will be honoured and installed. 

For existing policyholders and lives insured, we remain committed to your needs. There will be no change to existing insurance Policy terms and conditions in accordance with the relevant Product Disclosure Documents (PDS) and Policy Documents. This means that existing policyholders and lives insured will be able to modify their cover as their personal situation changes. Our commitment to claims is unchanged. Integrity will continue to meet Life Insurance Code of Practice obligations.
